Client Briefing (start date):
After your assignment is booked, an InterviewReady recruitment manager (RM)
will be assigned to you. We will schedule a phone briefing with you to learn
about your company, your culture, and right fit requirements. We will help
you define the search criteria we will use to begin our talent pooling
efforts. Your search will be generated using the following 4 key elements:

Required background and experience
-
Years of experience
-
Education; H.S., Associates; Bachelor; etc.

Certifications; Licenses; Designations etc.
Strategy:
We will write and post your job to MEP Jobs; CareerBuilder; a top local
board in your area and Indeed.com, a leading job posting aggregator. In
addition, we will deploy SourcePoint by Airs, a leading job seeker marketing
software that will push your job posting to thousands of seekers using the
above search criteria to elicit further response. These measures assure that
a blanket effort has been achieved in locating both active and passive job
seekers. We then sort, review, score and short list those applicants
(received from your job postings) and resumes that best meet the above 4 key
elements. These prospects are then phone interviewed to determine “Best
Available”.
Deliverable:
We deliver to your desktop, candidates that have passed the InterviewReady
phone screen interview based upon the four (4) key search criteria you had
provided, that have expressed a sincere interest in your job and have
indicated their willingness to relocate if an acceptable offer and
relocation terms (if applicable) has been satisfied. The candidates being
referred to you by your recruitment manager represent the "Best Available"
according to the above four (4) key search criteria during a 30 calendar day
window. You decide on fit, chemistry and final selection.
Completion/Timeline (30 calendar days
from start): Your
assignment will be considered complete upon the delivery of the Final Report
that not only includes the "Best Available" candidates that have been
already forwarded to you one by one, but in addition the “best of the rest”
respondent resumes, applications and related documents. The final work
product will be sent to you immediately following closing of the assignment.
The date of the Client Briefing is considered "Day One" of the 30 calendar
day project.
Payment/Terms:
InterviewReady payment is due and payable to IPG prior to Client
Briefing described above. This agreement is non-cancelable.
Guarantee:
Your InterviewReady Solution DOES NOT guarantee you will make a hire, and it
is understood by employer that you, the employer is solely responsible for
the success of finalizing a successful hire. If you are not entirely
satisfied with the value received from your InterviewReady solution, please
contact your recruitment manager (RM) as soon as possible. We will then
discuss options to rectify the matter to your satisfaction that may include:

An extension of your assignment to provide the delivery of additional
qualified candidates to your desktop OR
-
Provide you with a partial credit of the investment you have already
paid toward an online job posting and resume access solution with one of
Industry People Group’s online employment job boards services.
